Well hello my friends! I hope you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving weekend. Time to get ready for more holidays. They just never stop this time of year!!
There was some sort of Tricky~Tray at one of Doug’s jobs, and he tossed a ticket in a cup for something for me. Look what he won for me!
It’s actually a nice little book. The projects are really cute. The best part is the pictures:
Now there is a girl who loves to knit!!
We had a nice long weekend over here. We went to Doug’s mom’s for Thanksgiving. It was fun. The girls got a bit crazy around dessert time.
Most of the rest of the weekend was spent in Pajama~Time at home. The girls spent some time reading to each other, it was extremely cute!
One day over the weekend, Doug and the girls did some leaf raking. They have discovered if they put the pile right next to the tree it provides a long run way to run and jump into the pile.
After the jumping, there was much leaf~throwing.
It’s raining leaves!!
Eventually they had to bag up all the leaves and come inside.
I thought making wrapping paper would be a good way to keep the littles busy on a cold, inside day. We are all ready to wrap some presents now!
I have been getting ready for the Holiday Boutique that will be happening at the girls’ school on Thursday and Friday. It runs from 9 to 4 both days, and all the kids get some time to come and shop for their families. The parents can then stop by after school if they want to get some shopping in. I did pretty well there last year. I am hoping to do even better this year. Wish me luck!
