Wednesday Round Up 4/30/14 ~ Skirts and Dresses

This post may contain affiliate links, which means I may receive a commission if you make a purchase using these links. As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases.

This round up includes both free and paid crochet skirt and dress patterns of many sizes! Take a look and see what speaks to you, then go twirl in your new skirt or dress!

Here are the names and links of each pattern, along with a little something that each designer has to say about them.

1) Rachel Skirt  ~ By Jessie At Home
Rachel is a slightly flared double crochet skirt with lace ruffles on the bottom. You choose how many rows of lace you want at the bottom of your skirt! Instructions are given for 7 different lace patterns, which can be place in any order, use several different laces, switch off between two, or even just make a few rows of the same one, it is all up to you! Sizes child to adult 5X

2) Forget Me Knot Set ~ By Trifles and Treasures
Sweet little dress and bonnet set for your little darling! Sized for 0-3 months.

3) Amelia ~ a wrap top skirt ~ Knit version available as well! ~ By Jessie At Home
Amelia is a fun, twirly skirt that fits a variety of shapes and sizes. The sides of the skirt are open from the waist on up. To wear the skirt, simply step on in and tie the back section around your waist, then wrap the front section around and tie. Or switch and tie the front section first, it is a matter of preference, creating a different look each way. Sizes child to adult 5X

4) Diamond Infant Dress ~ By Crafting Friends Designs
This Diamond Infant dress pattern has been tested and is very simple to follow. Sizes Newborn – 12 month.

5) Fanny ~ By Jessie At Home
Fanny is a fan stitch and double crochet skirt with a slight flare. The top of the skirt is made of 6 panels of fan stitch alternating with 6 wedges of double crochet. The wedges are what give the skirt the flare. The panels/wedges are made one at a time and connected to their neighbors as they are made, so only one yarn is being worked at a time; no multiple bobbins or skeins being worked at once! Sizes child to adult 5X

6) Puff Stitch Halter Dress ~ By Jessie At Home
Here is a fun summer dress I made for my daughter. The neck is made in a similar manner to my Puff Stitch Choker pattern, and the top is textured nicely with a combination of puff stitches and single crochet. The skirt is light and lacy and fun to twirl in! It can be worn over stretch pants or shorts, and it can be worn over a shirt as well for added warmth.

7) Ruffle Crochet Skirt ~ By Stitch11
his Ruffle Crochet Skirt is a great pattern to make for your little girl. It stops just above the knee, but can easily be made longer. Add bows or ribbon for added accessory, or even crochet a matching hair piece.

8) Tiered Ruffle Skirt ~ By KT and the Squid
The Tired Ruffle Skirt is an original pattern by me (Katy). The pattern may look difficult but it is easy enough for an advanced beginner. I have included lots of pictures to help you along. The pattern is written for girl sizes XXS/2, XS/4, S/6, M/8-10, and L/12-14.

9) Emma Skater Skirt ~ By Jessie At Home
Emma is a playful skater skirt inspired by a UK reality star, and the lovely ice skating ladies of the 2014 Olympics. This pattern features my unique less~bulky crochet waistband. There are photos to help you along and a few videos for extra explanation, though everything is completely explained in the text of the pattern. Emma also features a decorative border which can be made in another color for a bit of variety! Sizes child to adult 5X
