When you learn to crochet, the first thing you learn is how to make a chain. Miles and miles of chain. What can you do with a chain? Well, as it turns out, a lot! Here is a collection of patterns made mostly of chain stitches. As a matter of fact, 3, 5, 6, 7, and 9 are made entirely with chain stitches, making them great projects for a beginner who wants to complete a project after learning the chain stitch. Of course, these are all great patterns for any level crocheter. Sometimes simple is just plain beautiful!

I got so excited making my Beach Glass Crochet Necklace that I decided to make a fun bracelet too. This pretty bracelet is made using beads I recycled from a piece of jewelry I no longer wore, so I turned it into something new! Multiple strands are crocheted using simple chains and tied together onto a toggle clasp. If you have never added beads to your crochet projects, this is a great place to start. Good morning lovelies! Just had to share this project I recently finished. This cute necklace is all about chains, but combines two different materials for lots of texture and a unique look. Made using three metal strands and three crochet chain strands, it makes for an interesting combination. To echo the shine of the silver, I used shiny, satiny embroidery floss and a small hook. The result was a super quick instant gratification project.
