Oh my goodness, the Caron Cakes have taken the world by storm! And for good reason, they are scrumptious! I keep seeing “what should I make with my Caron Cakes?” so I thought I would problem solve for you all. Here is a round up of crochet designs that would be lovely with the Caron Cakes!

Caron Cakes Crochet Pattern Ideas from Jessie At HomePin

Here are the names and links of each pattern.

1) Skylark in Wonderland by Jessie Rayot
After designing the Skylark scarf, I had a few ideas for a spin~off pattern. – Your gauge will be a bit larger with the Caron Cake, but it will simply make your wrap larger!

2) Unchained Shawl by Jessie Rayot
If you can make a chain stitch and a single crochet, you can make the Unchained Wrap! It is super simple, and utilizes the beauty of variegated yarn to create a stunning piece that will make everyone take notice. – Just use the size hook that works best with the Caron Cakes and keep crocheting until you reach your desired size!

3) Askew by Jessie Rayot
Askew is an asymmetrical wrap made in a variation of the spider stitch. It increases every other row on one side, and decreases every 4th row on the other, creating a fun wedge shape that makes an appealing wrap or scarf.

4) Nettie’s Super Simple Cowl by Jessie Rayot
If you can crochet a chain, you can make Nettie’s Super Simple Cowl!!

5) Rockin’ The Changes Infinity Scarf by Kim Guzman
This is a long rectangle, worked in rows then joined at the short ends to form a ring. The project is shown double-wrapped around the neck. It can also be worn hanging down in the front.

6) C2C Basics Scarf by Andee Graves
This pattern is easy to adjust to any size you want!

7) Textured Waves Scarf by Jessie Rayot
This spectacular scarf has a similar look to short rows, without using short rows! Instead, stitches of different heights are used to make the growing and shrinking rows. – Just use one Caron Cake and don’t bother changing colors.

8) Artfully Simple Infinity Scarf by Tamara Kelly
The Artfully Simple Infinity Scarf pattern is super easy, hides a multitude of sins, and comes with just one rule: no stress allowed!
