The origami swan is not only graceful and beautiful, but it is also quick and easy to make. This is a great piece for someone just learning origami. It can be made from paper that is the same color on both sides, but if the paper is different colors on each side then there is a little bit of the contrasting color showing for some added interest.
To begin the origami swan, fold a square piece of paper in half diagonally with the color that you want to be the main color on the outside. Unfold.
I’ve finally tackled my silly fear of Punch Needle kits and boy am I glad I did. It’s actually really easy and quite fun. I’m so pleased with my little creation. Plus, I have an extra kit to give to one of you as well!
