I’ve been knitting and crocheting like a mad woman lately. I want my patterns to the best I can make them before I post them.
But in the mists of all that, I got a little commission from one of the lovely ladies at my grocery store.
She needed a baby shower gift for next month and wanted something hand made. So she asked if she could hire me to make a hat and booties. She gave me her budget, told me that the parents are rather traditional, and told me she would just trust me from there.
I think she will be very happy with them, I find them beyond adorable!
I decided she needed a hand made card to go along with the gift.
I finally finished Vada’s coat yesterday.
I had taken a break because I ran out of a color and it was on back order.
Vada was very happy with the coat!
Now I still have much more to make.
I have piles of yarn waiting to become more samples to help with my patterns.
Here is a bit of what I worked on while I was waiting for Vada’s yarn.
Well, time to get knitting!
Have a wonderful weekend, my friends.
