Take a week

Hello!! Did you enjoy the last CAL/KAL? I have another fun one planned, but for now, let’s take a week.

I’ll introduce you to the new CAL and KAL next week. They will be separate but related. The CAL will run every other week, and the KAL will run on the opposite weeks. So one week CAL, next week KAL, and repeat. Each week will be a a full pattern. You can make them all or just one or any number in between. They will actually be mystery crochet and knit alongs! But after the first few, you’ll see the connection. They will be great for using up scraps of yarn. Most will use less than 50 yarns of a fingering, sport, or DK weight yarn. Next week I will give you a few more details. I may post the first pattern then, or I may wait a week so you can get your supplies together. I know the beginning of the summer can be a bit hectic, especially if you have kids. It’s my goal to enable you to have some fun knit and crochet time without getting in the way of your fun summer time, and without having a hot afghan on your lap all summer. 😉

So, take a week. Enjoy the summer.

  1. New to CAL/KAL. Glad to find out that I can do some and skip others. Don’t know how many UFOS I want to add to my stash. Thanks for organizing the opportunity.
