Unique Shapes Crochet Pattern Round Up from Jessie At HomePin
In the past few years I’ve noticed a lot more patterns in unique shapes. Sure, most fall into the traditional shapes we’ve always seen in crochet, but there are several new shapes coming about. I’ve searched around and found some of those unique patterns to share with you this evening.

Here are the names and links of each pattern, along with a little something that each designer has to say about them.

1) Wrapped in Blue ~ by Jessie At Home
This off kilter wrap is simple to make and uses just one skein of yarn! You can make it larger by using more yarn, but it is a great size for a spring mini wrap/scarf with just one skein.

2) Crescent Bag ~ by Kim Guzman
This project is felted. If you don’t want to felt it, you will need to work at a tight gauge throughout.

3) Madly in Love Infinity Scarf ~ by Moogly
The Madly In Love Infinity Scarf and Cowl pattern was the Winter 2015 Mini Crochet-Along pattern!

4) Fall Cowgirl ~ by Jessie At Home
This fun little neck warmer can be worn as an accessory to your fall outfits, and is made to neatly tuck into most coats. The size of the bottom portion is large enough to keep you warm and tuck into even a v~neck coat, but not so large as to be uncomfortable when it is tucked in.

5) Olive Octopus Puzzle ~ by LookatwhatImade
Olive the Octopus is based on my Crochet Amish Puzzle Ball and as such comes apart into 3 segments that can be taken apart and reassembled at will.

6) Spiral Seashell Motif ~ by Stitches N Scraps
This is an easy and quick seashell pattern, worked mostly in continuous rounds. It has two edging options, to give you more flexibility in how you use it.

7) Retro Summertime Rug ~ by Beatrice Ryan Designs
This unique Retro Summertime Rug is quick and easy to  make using Tee Shirt Yarn or Fabric Strips!!

8) Ebb and Flow Scarf ~ by Mama’s 2 Hands
This beautiful shell pattern is entertaining to crochet and the scarf is ideal for transitional weather. Wear it loosier for warm weather and snugged up jabot style in the collar of a jacket for cold weather.

9) Dragon Tail Neckercheif ~ by Purple Iguana
This little neckerchief is meant to be worn with the biggest part in front, to keep drafts from sneaking down the front of your coat, but can really be worn any way that suits your style.

Don’t forget to check out some of the other great Round Ups that have happened in Blogland over the last week!
