So I was going to put up a short post with just a few pictures for you this evening. But I did a little laptop cleaning earlier and now I have to re~sign into everything. It seems my Flickr account is attached to an old yahoo account I don’t use anymore, and the backup email they have to send the new password is an old work account I don’t have anymore. Blech!!
So I am unable to get into my Flickr account until I hear back from Yahoo support.
Anyway, I can still post pictures straight from Wordpress, I just don’t want to post too many that way. So, until I get this crazyness worked out, here is one pretty for you:
I have finally finished my Katherine coat! The hood is shorter, still long, but not so long it won’t stay on, the pockets are on, and the belt is done. That’s the belt above.
I hope to get some good snaps in the next week or two. I still need the pattern tested, which may take 3 or 4 months, especially with the holidays coming up, but the pattern will be ready for all of you in time to make it for next fall, or even spring if you knit fast!
If you want to be one of my testers, I could really use a few good knit testers for this coat. You can find my testing group on Facebook, here. I hate to have to point this out, but I do: If you intend on just getting a free pattern and running, you can’t do that with me. Until you have completed several tests with me I only give you the pattern in small pieces, so I know you will stick around.
