This week we will be starting the border! Are you excited? I am!!

Border Round 1:
Join color C to the top right ch-2 corner space of afghan, ch 5 (counts as first dc and ch 2), 2 dc in same corner space, *(dc in each of the next 21 sc, dc in each of the 2 joined corners) 3 times, dc in each of the next 21 sc, (2 dc, ch 2, 2 dc) in next ch-2 corner space, dc in each of the next 21 sc, dc in each of the 2 joined corners, (dc in each of the next 43 sc, dc in each of the 2 joined corners) 2 times, dc in each of the next 21 sc, **  (2 dc, ch 2, 2 dc) in next ch-2 corner space, repeat from * to **, dc in next ch-2 corner sp, slip st to 3rd ch of starting ch 5. (94 sts on each short side, 138 sts on each long side, ch-2 corners)

Round 2:
Switch to color B, Slip st into ch-2 corner space, ch 3, sc in ch-2 corner space, [sc in each st to corner, (sc, ch 2, sc) in next ch-2 corner space], 3 times, sc in each st to corner, sc in next ch-2 corner space, slip st to first ch of beginning ch 3. (96 sts on each short side, 140 sts on each long side, ch-2 corners)

Here’s another color option! (these are packs of 3, so there will be enough of each color to make the whole blanket!)
