Well, after lots of work, and lots of fun, I have finished the additions to the Fall Leaves Wrap pattern. It now has even more process photos, a chart for the leaves, and a 2 color leaf option, where the leaves are one color on one side of the vein, and another color on the other side of the vain.
I even made a sample of the 2 color leaf version. The original is made with Berroco Remix yarn, and the 2 color leaf version is made with Red Heart Boutique Unforgettable. If you use Unforgettable with the recommended hook, you will get a smaller gauge and end up with a smaller wrap that really resembles more of a capelet. Of course, you can always use a larger hook to create a larger wrap.

Absolutely gorgeous, but I find Boutique Unforgettable nearly impossible to crochet with. It splits so easily. I’m able to knit with it though.
I have just completed another pattern with it and am not having any splitting problems. Maybe try with a brand of hook that is more rounded on top, or a larger hook?

Did you use Berroco Remix yarn Variegated color? Can’t find in your links. I love the blue shades & fall colors wraps. Did you change solid colors or where can i buy variegated?

hi, I have purchased the fall leaves pattern and the red heart unforgettable yarn. Have been so looking forward to getting started now I have finished all my Christmas presents but boo – I just can’t seem to get the start of these leaves right at all. Any suggestions or tips please.
