Red Heart Collage, Jumbo (size 7), 80% acrylic/20% wool, 141 g/55 yds, Ragg 9985 – 11 skeins

Hook:
US-N, 15 mm

Gauge:
6 sts x 3 rows = 4” [10 cm] in dc

Other supplies:
yarn needle
22″ Pillow Form

Stitches and Abbreviations:
ch – chain
bpdc – back post double crochet
fpdc – front post double crochet
hdc – half double crochet
sl st – slip stitch
sp(s) – space(s)
st(s) – stitch(es)

Left leaning cable across 2 sts: (LC2) Skip 1, fpdc in next st, fpdc in skipped st working in front of previous st.
Right leaning cable across 2 sts: (RC2) Skip 1, fpdc in next st, fpdc in skipped st working in back of previous st.
Left leaning cable across 4 sts: (LC4) Skip 2, fptc in each of next 2 sts, fptc in both skipped sts working in front of previous 2 sts. It may help to think of the stitches numbered right to left as 1, 2, 3, and 4. Fptc in those stitches in this order: 3, 4, 1, 2.
Right leaning cable across 4 sts: (RC4) Skip 2, fptc in each of next 2 sts, fptc in both skipped sts working in back of previous 2 sts. It may help to think of the stitches numbered right to left as 1, 2, 3, and 4. Fptc in those stitches in this order: 3, 4, 1, 2.

Pattern:
Row 1: Ch 37, hdc in 3rd ch from hook and each remaining ch. (35 hdc)
Row 2: Ch 2 (counts as first hdc here and throughout), bpdc in next 2 sts, fpdc in next 10 sts, bpdc in next 2 sts, lc2, bpdc in next 2 sts, rc2, bpdc in next 2 sts, fpdc in next 10 sts, bpdc in next 2 sts, hdc in last st. (36 sts)
Row 3: Ch 2, fpdc in next 2 sts, bpdc in next 10 st, [fpdc in next 2 sts, bpdc in next 2 sts] 2 times, fpdc in next 2 sts, bpdc in next 10 sts, fpdc in next 2 sts, hdc in last st.
Row 4: Ch 2, bpdc in next 2 sts, fpdc in next 10 sts, bpdc in next 2 sts, skip 2, bpdc in next st, with last st in back, fpdc in 2 skipped sts, skip 1, fpdc in next 2 sts, with last 2 sts in front, bpdc in skipped st, bpdc in next 2 sts, fpdc in next 10 sts, bpdc in next 2 sts, hdc in last st.

Row 10: Repeat row 2.
Row 11: Ch 2, fpdc in next 2 sts, bpdc in next 10 st, [fpdc in next 2 sts, bpdc in next 2 sts] 2 times, fpdc in next 2 sts, bpdc in next 10 sts, fpdc in next 2 sts, hdc in last st.
Row 12: Ch 2, bpdc in next 2 sts, fpdc in next 10 sts, [bpdc in next 2 sts, fpdc in next 2 sts] 2 times, bpdc in next 2 sts, fpdc in next 10 sts, bpdc in next 2 sts, hdc in last st.
Row 13: Ch 2, fpdc in next 2 sts, bpdc in next 10 st, [fpdc in next 2 sts, bpdc in next 2 sts] 2 times, fpdc in next 2 sts, bpdc in next 10 sts, fpdc in next 2 sts, hdc in last st.
Repeat rows 2-13 three more times, then repeat rows 2-9 once more

Fold pillow cover in half and sew up sides. Stuff with pillow form and sew bottom shut. Thread all ends inside pillow.
