The Fringed Wedge Wraplet looks complicated, but it’s actually quite easy! The fringes are made at the end by dropping 3 stitches, so no attaching fringe at the end. It can be worn as a small wrap or scarf, and is perfect for keeping the chill off your neck with a v-neck coat.

As much fun as small patterns can be, sometimes there is something so wonderful about taking the time to crochet a skirt. There’s such a feeling of accomplishment there; and of all the items I were that I’ve made, skirts get the most complements. I think people are always a little shocked to see a crochet skirt that looks nice and is flattering. So go impress yourself and your friends and make one of these lovely creations!

After making the Skylark in Wonderland wrap, I couldn’t help but notice that it would seam together to make a really fun skirt. I even had a feeling the angle of it would work nicely for plus size figures as well. So I dove into my Lion Brand Heartland stash and gave it a go. The results are a skirt I’m sure to wear quite frequently this fall!!

You’ll feel like a woodland princess in this stunning poncho made of Red Heart Boutique Magical yarn. The larger needles make the poncho drape and move with grace, and the oversized turtleneck top can be worn as a cowl or a hood. This pattern is listed as intermediate because of the provisional cast on, but a tutorial is linked, and if you don’t want to do the provisional cast on, there is a suggestion for how to complete the cowl using a traditional cast on.
