One year I made scarves for everyone on my Christmas list. Many of them still wear those scarves, and often tell me how much they love them. I love it so much when something I made is useful and enjoyed by the recipient! So, this week I have collected scarf patterns so you, too, can spread love and warmth!

This long, skinny cowl can be worn a multiple of ways. The fun stitch pattern is easy to memorize, and creates wonderful texture. It can be made with 2 coordinating skeins of Lion Brand Crepe yarn, and with more yarn, it can easily be made wider.
This pattern was named by my friend Jan, one of my fellow admins (the head admin, actually) of the Knitting Facebook group. Thanks Jan!!
Scoodies are just fun!! What’s a scoodie? It’s a scarf and a hood, all as one piece. I love that you don’t get that draft on the back of your neck from the space between your hat and your scarf, and they keep your ears warm, too! Fun and functional, what’s not to love?!
