I know. It’s been a couple weeks. Let’s just say there were things. The things are done now. It all good now. I should be more regular with my postings now.

So a few weeks ago, Vada came up to me and said in the saddest little voice “Tweet Tweet.” She then handed me this tuft of stuffing.

Now Tweet Tweet is Kyla’s toy. Well, actually, he is a stuffed Tweety Bird from the “Space Jam” movie that my cousin Carly won for me many years ago at a place called BoomTown, just outside of Reno. Kyla has adopted him and he sleeps with her and Teddy.

So I went to Kyla’s bed and took a look at Tweet Tweet. He had a bit of a head wound.

He also had a leg injury.

So I sewed up his head.

And his leg.

Then I took a good look at him. He was so said. His spacesuit was no longer silver and blue. He was just wearing away into nothing.

So what could I do? More sewing… I found some scrap fabric and made him new legs.

Then new arms. This was becoming quite a pain.

Gotta cover that booty.

And of course the rest of the body. I used a lot less seams then the original.

Finally Tweet Tweet was done. He should last much longer now. No more sad Vada, protecting her sister’s little friend.

Kyla was quite happy with the results, by the way.
