Classic Crochet Openwork taught by Jennifer Hansen is packed full of crochet goodies! There are separate lessons for Trellis Stitches, Mesh and Fillet, Pineapple Stitch, Irish Crochet, Bruges Lace, Hairpin Lace and Solomon’s Knot. I love the variety in this class!
I’ve been wanting to increase my lace/openwork skills, but I can never decide which technique to look at. This class was the perfect solution for me. It provides the basics of each technique, plus a little more! While a full class on any one of these skills would be worth the cost, a class with the most important points of each is awesome.
After taking this class, I feel confident that I tackle a pattern with any of these openwork stitches. I may be no where near and expert yet, but the Classic Crochet Openwork class from Craftsy has given me what I need to be able to understand and work patterns using these stitches. I even feel I could design with some of them.
I would certainly recommend this class to anyone looking to expand their crochet openwork knowledge, and to those trying to decide which openwork skill might be for them! You can find the class HERE, or you can find a variety of classes HERE.
