After our long day out an about on Saturday, we stayed in most of the day Sunday.
The girls took some time to read the comics.
They have been working on sharing.
Doug and I have been doing a bit of pre~packing. At this point, most of the stuff that can be packed early is boxed up. Now we just wait for the actual move 3 weeks from tomorrow. In the mean time, there is now space were I need it to get some patterning, commission, and other crafty stuff done.
This morning when I went to get the girls up they had their noses pressed to the window, staring at the rain. They wanted to test out their new umbrellas, and jump in the puddles.
So on went the plastic shoes, and out went the girls.
Before breakfast.
Still in pajamas.
It was fun.
Eventually I had to get some stuff done. I can’t just play with the girls all day, as much fun as it is.
I finished up these voting tokens for an A&S competition we will be having at a medieval event next month.
Sorry they are a bit fuzzy. I made 40 sets. I have been working on them for a week, so it was nice to finish them. Next I have to make the prizes. I’ll share them with you as well. Most likely some necklaces, some limp bound books, and belt pouches.
I am also working on finishing up a pattern to start testing next week.
Lastly, I am waiting for purple. I have a few rainbow~ie things in the works, but I had to order the purple to go with this lovely cotton yarn (Tahki Cotton Classic)
Have a lovely week, my friends!
