As the girls still enjoy sharing a room, we have an empty room upstairs, which will one day (hopefully) be Kyla’s. For now, Owlivia ~ that cute little owlet lovey ~ sits in slumber waiting for her friends to arrive.
Finally, today, we found the time to open the boxes that have started to arrive. We were crazy busy last week, plus we all were a bit sickly, and didn’t want to get the softies all germ~ie!
So this afternoon, after homework time, we carried the packages up to Owlivia!
There was much excitement as packages opened!
The first box contained 6 funtastic little guys!
Vada was especially fond of the bunny!
There were also a few little knit softies. Oh so squishable.
Squish, squish!
More packages to open! Ooo…a snake!
Kyla fell deeply in love with this little monster.

The girls carefully gave each toy a home. I wonder what they will do as the softies start spilling off the shelves?
So far, the New Jersey count is 15. I’ll keep you updated!
