New babies seem to inspire crocheters everywhere to create adorable little toys and clothes! In that spirit, I’ve collected some free crochet patterns for you that are perfect for bringing home a new baby.

Welcome Home Baby crochet pattern round up from Jessie At HomePin

Here are the names and links of each pattern.

1) Baby Rattle Blocks – by Celina Lane
These are wonderful to decorate a baby’s room or for tummy time. Handcrafted, they’ll last for years to come.

2) Amazing Grace Baby Blanket – by Elena Hunt
This adorable baby blanket was designed for children and babies who are suffering or recovering from any illness or tragedy. Along with all the other Amazing Grace Free Patterns, I encourage you to make these for yourself and to pay it forward by donating a finished item to someone who is suffering or recovering from illness… It also makes great gifts and is fun and easy to make!!

3) Gracie Baby Hat – by Jessie Rayot
After completing the Grace and Charm baby dress, I had plenty of yarn left for a cute little hat! I wanted something lacy to go with the dress, so I chose a split shell stitch. I added my That 70’s Flower to give it even more charm and to tie in the variegated yarn from the dress as well.

4) Grace and Charm Baby Dress – by Jessie Rayot
In honor of my new baby cousin who will be joining us shortly, I’ve created this lovely baby dress. Grace and Charm features a double crochet top with a pineapple lace skirt and cute little sleeve caps. It should fit most babies newborn to 3 months.

5) Newborn Cable Beanie – by Kim Guzman
This adorable hat features post stitch cables to create lovely texture. It’s sure to make a great baby gift for any new Mommy or Daddy!

6) Baby Pod Photo Prop – by Lorene Eppolite
This quick and easy to make baby pod is great for boys or girls. It is super soft and durable and can be used over many times. It is a perfect prop for photographers and also makes a great gift for an expectant or new mommy and daddy.

7) Ella the Elephant Lovey – by Tamara Kelly
Ella the Elephant Lovey is cute, cuddly, and loves spinning in circles! The perfect gift for any baby, they’ll never forget how cute this free crochet pattern is!
